SinaiFree Film Society Discussion of "Radio Days”
21 Jan @ 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
The SinaiFree Film Society will discuss “Radio Days.”
Woody Allen’s film is a comic and heartwarming reminiscence about a Jewish family in 1940s Far Rockaway, and the importance of radio as a source of entertainment and news in their daily lives. In a series of vignettes, Allen deftly alternates family stories with tales of performers from radio’s Golden Age.
This film is available for free on Kanopy, Hoopla, The Roku Channel (with ads), Tubi (requires registration), YouTube TV (requires subscription) and Pluto TV (requires registration; with ads); for $2.99 on Fandango at Home, $3.99 on Apple TV, and $5.99 on YouTube and Google Play.
